Lead Software Engineer for Honeywell International, Inc. in Phoenix, AZ
Responsibilities
Responsible for Honeywell’s Life Cycle Solutions and Services (LSS) technical team, developing the architectural solutions for the ELCN (Experion Local Control Network) product and process technology that will help the existing Honeywell Total Plant Solution (TPS) customers to migrate to the Experion PKS.
As part of the architectural development, responsible for identifying and providing recommendations to have a substantial financial impact on the migration engineering solutions for the Honeywell LSS business.
Collaborate with an Experion Local Control Network (ELCN) requirement analyst and Offering Managers to get detailed knowledge of the business requirement, and customer use cases and understand the functional and non-functional requirements.

You Must Have
Qualified applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, and 8 years of experience in product development engineering with C, C++, Windows. Must have 5 years of experience with the following: experience in leading Process control Software Architecture and Design; experience in large scale legacy system migrations and deployments; working knowledge in Virtualization, Performance characterization and automation; experience working in an Agile Environment, Multi-tasking, Planning and working without direct supervision; and knowledge of software configuration management and change management practices. Telecommuting permitted up to two (2) times per week.
