A successful candidate for the Lead Software Engineer - P&C Insurance will possess a versatile technology background within the commercial Property and Casualty insurance domain. Responsibilities for the Lead Software Engineer - P&C Insurance include: * Serve as a solutions engineer for all technical solutions * Own solutions related to integrations, customizations, automation, event streaming, and Intelligent Data Processing * Work closely with multiple stakeholders within the business, IT, and Engineering Requirements for the Lead Software Engineer - P&C Insurance include: * Over 5 years of professional development and solutions engineering experience * Commercial Property and Casualty Insurance background * Strong background working with 3rd party software and creating solutions related to integrations, customizations, automation, event streaming, and Intelligent Data Processing * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering and/or relevant work experience Compensation of the Lead Software Engineer - P&C Insurance: * $160,000 - $190,000 annually * FTE position, Full Comprehensive benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, PTO, Sick Leave as required by Law, and Holidays Keywords: Solutions Engineer, Lead Developer #LI-JA1 #LI-HYBRID
