You’ll be leading the charge on an exciting greenfield project while also steering the modernization of a handful of legacy applications. This is a hands-on technical leadership role, ideal for someone who enjoys both building from the ground up and solving complex migration challenges.

What you’ll do:

• Lead the design and development of a new, modern greenfield application using the latest .NET technologies
• Drive the migration and modernization of legacy systems
• Mentor and guide a team of developers, ensuring high code quality and best practices
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders across the business to shape technical strategy
• Influence architecture decisions and help scale our platforms for rapid growth

What we’re looking for:

• Strong experience with .NET (Core and Framework), C#, and modern architectural patterns
• Proven track record in both greenfield development and legacy migration projects
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• A passion for clean code, performance, and scalable systems
