The expert will contribute to:
• Implementing scripts to automate JIRA migrations.
• Optimizing the performance and costs of this JIRA service offering
• Studying and analyzing technical solutions for technical issues related to project migrations from Legacy Jira instances to our JIRA4ALL instance.
• Level 3 technical support on the JIRA4ALL platform
• Studying and analyzing technical solutions for the functional needs of agile centers
• Ensure the consistency of JIRA Agile templates implemented with the Group Agile Centers and IT departments,
• Study the impact of new needs expressed by users and reported to the Group Agile PMT (Product Management Team).
Required expertise:
• Functional and technical administration of a JIRA DATACENTER instance
Advanced experience based on previous missions in large companies (such as Société Générale) on:
- JIRA (Server or Datacenter but no SAAS) administration in companies with more than 15k JIRA users
- Standardization and rationalize of JIRA projects (JIRA Template)
- Migrating JIRA projects from one JIRA instance to another (Datacenter or SAAS)
• Functional and technical administration of a Confluence instance
Advanced experience based on previous missions in large companies (such as Société Générale) on:
- Confluence (Server or Datacenter but no SAAS) administration in companies with more than 2k Confluence users
• Very good knowledge of Agile practices (Scrum & SAFe) in order to propose the best JIRA solutions based on the needs of Agile teams:
- Ability to challenge the client's functional needs (knowing how to say "no" if the need is not relevant and give arguments)
- Proposing a lasting and optimized JIRA technical solution while controlling the technical and user impacts
• Specific and advanced experience with the following JIRA plugins:
- Script Runner
- CMJ -> Configuration Manager for JIRA
- XRAY and ZEPHYR (XRAY being the main plugin for qualification)
- STRUCTURE
• Skills in PYTHON language for creating administration scripts around the JIRA service offering.
