About The Role

We are looking for a highly motivated ServiceNow Engineer to join our Business Applications team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow development and administration, serving customers internally and externally.

Responsibilities

  • Work with key business stakeholders to identify and refine business requirements and workflows.
  • Help design and develop solutions on the ServiceNow platforms, including creation and modification of applications, forms, workflow, interfaces and any other configuration or scripting required to support business processes.
  • Monitoring and optimisation of the health, usage, and overall compliance of the ServiceNow production and non-production platforms. Also, to coordinate and execute platform upgrades and maintenance, update set management, system clone, etc.
  • Develop systems integrations and process automation
  • Develop custom reports and dashboards to reflect KPI’s and workflow statuses
  • System Administration activities including licence control, user administration, scheduled task maintenance
  • Application support

Personal Attributes

  • 5+ years of ServiceNow development, configuration, and administration experience in an enterprise environment
  • Strong working knowledge of ServiceNow components such as Service Catalog, Change, Incident & Problem Management, Knowledge, Release Management, etc.
  • Experience of domain separation
  • Experience of E-bonding
  • Excellent knowledge of ServiceNow best practices and ongoing knowledge of latest ServiceNow features
  • Good scripting skills with Javascript mandatory, plus HTML, CSS
  • Web service proficiency (REST, SOAP) as well as XML and JSON knowledge.
  • Preferred qualifications are: ServiceNow Application Developer Certification; ServiceNow System Administrator Certification; ITIL Certification
