• Strong hands-on experience on containerization tools like Docker, containerd.
• Strong hands-on experience on core Kubernetes and platform management
• Strong hand on experience with managing and debugging cluster issue on cloud based environments
• Good knowledge on GitHub actions and GitOps tools like argoCD.
• Strong hands-on experience on EKS and AKS , good to have GKE knowledge.
• Operational experience with Linux & Unix systems.
• Good knowledge on Shell script and python.
• Strong hands-on experience on AWS cloud, security services or other cloud like Azure/GCP
• Good knowledge on container image scanning tools like Sysdig and others.
• Hands on experience on monitoring tools like Datadog and others.
• Good experience on platform security tools like Sysdig Secure.
• Work on detailed reporting and security compliance of ecosystem
• Experience in delivery or operational roles in large corporate/multinational environments.
• Sound experience of security frameworks and applying them to identify security gaps.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple work items and follow agile/waterfall methodologies.
• Good to Have:
• - Experience with IAM tools like CyberArk Privileged Access Security, Okta Identity Cloud, Azure AD.
• - Proficiency in creating process workflows and automation.
• - knowledge on Terraform and Corssplane.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage Kubernetes platform lifecycle (On-prem, EKS, AKS).
• Engage with vendors to understand product upgrades, patches, and enhancements.
• Handle engineering work on Kubernetes platform.
• Manage new product release on Kubernetes platform.
• Strong debugging capabilities on k8s environement, good with ticket management on Kubernetes platform (Service now)
• Utilize monitoring tools like datadog to identify platform issues and performance.
• Utilize security solutions to identify platform vulnerabilities and fix them.
• Contribute to k8s platform, roadmaps, and implementation plans.
• Creating dashboards and communicating on going activities to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with other security experts, development team and risk management team to resolve security issue or gaps.
• Should have worked on managing large scale infrastructure on k8s using cloud solution
• Should be able to communicate effectively within team and maintaining good customer relationship, leading team from front
