Experience applying Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) to real-world solutions. Very Strong OO Skills. Strong knowledge of Web Services (SOAP and REST), WS-* standards, XML, JSON. Excellent knowledge of Java language. Experience with the Mule ESB. Experience with Agile Software Development Life Cycle methodology. Experience with Continuum, Maven. Experience with Linux and Scripting. Strong Experience with IBM middleware (Websphere, Message Broker, ESB). Experience designing systems for high-performance: high throughput, high-availability, low latency, etc. Excellent leadership, organization and communication skills. Ability to lead both small and large projects in a fast paced environment. Ability to multi-task and manage multiple, concurrent development streams. Ability to work within a team. Ability to Plan, track, communicate and manage system requirements through design to implementation. Ability to provide highly detailed documentation of projects implemented. Support and provide input as part of the project team during the design, development, and deployment phases of the project. DESIRED SKILLS: Experience with caching products like CouchDB, CouchBase and alternate database technologies like Hadoop, HBase, Cassandra, MongoDB etc. is a plus.
