As Lead Software Developer C++/Qt (m/f/d), you will play a key role in our development team. You will ensure that our team works efficiently, innovatively and with a focus on quality.

You will remain hands-on and contribute your experience directly to development.

Your Tasks

• Responsibility for technical leadership in the area of C++/Qt software development Planning and implementation of software architectures and continuous optimization of development processes
• Definition and implementation of quality standards, best practices and development guidelines
• Supporting the team with technological and methodological issues
• Working closely with product management and other specialist departments to define technical requirements Managing and implementing software projects, taking into account CI/CD, code reviews and testing
• Active participation in software development, including implementation, integration and testing of applications
  
  

Your Profile

• Degree in computer science or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in object-oriented software development with C++ and Qt
• High quality awareness, analytical thinking and ability to work independently
• Sound knowledge of software architecture, design patterns and databases Experience with version management systems, bug tracking and CI/CD processes Leadership experience or strong technical leadership and team coordination skills
• Very good knowledge of German and preferably English
