The Lead Software Developer - Design and Development shall be able to

• Understand and analyze the requirements of the project.
• Implement the solution for the requirements of the project.
• Suggest possible solutions for the given requirements.
• Realize the requirements and implement it with highest quality and on time.
• Guide project team members on technical topics. Ensure design & implementation are in alignment with architecture.
  
  

Desired knowledge and experience:

• Over 8+ years of experience (including current role) in Software development using C#.
• Good knowledge on C# .Net 4.0 or above.
• Knowledge on WPF, WCF is desirable.
• Strong C# or any OOPS programming skills, Design principles & patterns and a good understanding of the overall Architecture.
• Past experience in Medical Domain is preferred.
