Lead Software Architect - Technical Recruitment - (Full Stack, Data Science, Data Engineering, Mobile Dev, Dev Ops )

This role will be part of the technical hiring team.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a Lead Software Architect - Technical recruitment with a diverse technical background in full-stack development, data science, data engineering, and cross-platform mobile development (Flutter & React Native).

Knowledge of the below

1. Software Architecture & Design

• Design and implement scalable, maintainable, and secure software architectures across web, mobile, and data platforms.
• Define best practices for system architecture, microservices, APIs, and data pipelines.
• Ensure the integration of frontend, backend, and data science components into seamless solutions.
• Optimize applications for performance, reliability, and cost-efficiency.

2. Full Stack Development

• Lead the development of web applications using modern frameworks (React, Next.js, Node.js, Django, or FastAPI).
• Architect backend services and APIs using Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or Go.
• Implement and optimize databases (SQL, NoSQL, GraphDB) and caching mechanisms.
• Ensure DevOps best practices, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud deployments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

3. Data Science & Data Engineering

• Architect and build data pipelines, ETL processes, and big data solutions.
• Design data warehouses and lakes using technologies like Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift.
• Implement machine learning models and AI-driven solutions for predictive analytics.
• Optimize data storage, processing, and retrieval for large-scale applications.

4. Mobile Development (Flutter & React Native)

• Oversee the development of cross-platform mobile applications in Flutter & React Native.
• Define mobile architecture, component structure, and API integrations.
• Optimize mobile applications for performance, scalability, and security.
• Ensure seamless UI/UX and compliance with App Store & Play Store guidelines.

5. Technical Leadership & Collaboration

• Lead and mentor cross-functional teams of developers, data scientists, and engineers.
• Conduct code reviews, performance optimizations, and security audits.
• Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and business stakeholders.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions.
