Must Have:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development with solid knowledge of ITSM, ITOM and GRC/IRM frameworks.
• Proven experience with CMDB modeling, health, and governance; with in-depth knowledge of CMDB, Discovery and Service Mapping.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Glide, REST/SOAP APIs, and ServiceNow Flow Designer.
• ServiceNow Certifications:
• Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in IRM
• Certified Application Developer (CAD)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Self-motivation to learn new technologies and concepts.

Nice-to-have:

• ServiceNow CIS certifications in Discovery, ServiceMapping.
• Experience in BCM.
• Micro-certifications in BCM.
