We are looking for a Lead ServiceNow Developer to join our team and lead the development of solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

As a Lead ServiceNow Developer, you will be responsible for completing complex projects on time and providing options with pros, cons, and risks. You will work closely with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of solutions on the ServiceNow platform
• Work closely with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration
• Provide options with pros, cons, and risks for key technical decisions during project delivery
• Complete complex projects on time
• Learn new technologies quickly and apply them to project development
• Influence and consult around all key technical decisions during project delivery
• Build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders and team members
• Lead and mentor junior developers, providing technical guidance and support
• Ensure high-quality delivery of solutions on the ServiceNow platform
• Identify and resolve technical issues and challenges
  
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum of 8-12 years of experience in application development on ServiceNow platform
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Physical Sciences, or a related technical field; or equivalent related professional experience
• Demonstrated success completing complex projects, on time
• Demonstrated aptitude for learning new technologies quickly
• Proven experience as a key technical resource leading the development of solutions
• Demonstrated ability to influence and consult around all key technical decisions during project delivery
• Proven team player and team builder
• Expertise in writing JavaScript code
• Proficiency with coding, object-oriented and modularized software
• Expertise with HTML technologies including HTML, CSS, Bootstrap
• Familiarity with SOA technologies including as REST or SOAP
• Strong interpersonal skills, customer-centric attitude, ability to deal with cultural diversity
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with stakeholders and cross-functional teams
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English at a B2+ level
