We are seeking a skilled and knowledgeable Lead SAP CPI Integration Developer to become a part of our team.
The ideal candidate will have a background in integrating SAP SuccessFactors with both on-premise and cloud-based systems, with a focus on Payroll and Active Directory. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining integration solutions utilizing SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI).
Responsibilities
Design integration flows in SAP CPI to connect SuccessFactors with various systems, including Payroll and Active Directory
Develop integration scenarios with data mapping, transformation, and routing
Utilize SuccessFactors OData APIs, IDocs, RFCs, and other relevant technologies
Manage secure connections and authentication mechanisms
Implement error handling and monitoring solutions for data integrity and system reliability
Collaborate with business analysts and functional consultants to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
Perform unit testing and integration testing for quality assurance of integration solutions
Resolve integration issues promptly
Document integration processes and configurations
Stay updated on the latest SAP CPI and SuccessFactors technologies and best practices
Gain an understanding of Active Directory processes for user provisioning and de-provisioning
Work with SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Minimum 5 years experience in SAP CPI development
1+ years relevant leadership experience
Background in SAP SuccessFactors, particularly Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll
Skills in SuccessFactors OData APIs and other integration technologies
Proficiency in developing and configuring integration flows in SAP CPI with data mapping and transformation using Groovy scripting or related tools
Knowledge of Active Directory and LDAP with familiarity in integration patterns and best practices
Competency in problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Flexibility to work independently and within teams
Understanding of secure integration practices and protocols
Qualifications in API management concepts
Nice to have
SAP CPI certification
Background in other SAP cloud solutions and HR systems
