We are seeking a skilled and knowledgeable Lead SAP CPI Integration Developer to become a part of our team.

The ideal candidate will have a background in integrating SAP SuccessFactors with both on-premise and cloud-based systems, with a focus on Payroll and Active Directory. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining integration solutions utilizing SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI).

Responsibilities


  • Design integration flows in SAP CPI to connect SuccessFactors with various systems, including Payroll and Active Directory
  • Develop integration scenarios with data mapping, transformation, and routing
  • Utilize SuccessFactors OData APIs, IDocs, RFCs, and other relevant technologies
  • Manage secure connections and authentication mechanisms
  • Implement error handling and monitoring solutions for data integrity and system reliability
  • Collaborate with business analysts and functional consultants to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
  • Perform unit testing and integration testing for quality assurance of integration solutions
  • Resolve integration issues promptly
  • Document integration processes and configurations
  • Stay updated on the latest SAP CPI and SuccessFactors technologies and best practices
  • Gain an understanding of Active Directory processes for user provisioning and de-provisioning
  • Work with SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll


Requirements


  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years experience in SAP CPI development
  • 1+ years relevant leadership experience
  • Background in SAP SuccessFactors, particularly Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll
  • Skills in SuccessFactors OData APIs and other integration technologies
  • Proficiency in developing and configuring integration flows in SAP CPI with data mapping and transformation using Groovy scripting or related tools
  • Knowledge of Active Directory and LDAP with familiarity in integration patterns and best practices
  • Competency in problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  • Flexibility to work independently and within teams
  • Understanding of secure integration practices and protocols
  • Qualifications in API management concepts
