We are seeking a seasoned Lead SAP ABAP MDG Developer to head our development team for the SAP Master Data Governance module.

This critical role is instrumental in supporting the transformation and consolidation of three core existing SAP ERP systems into a singular S/4 HANA ERP core.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of SAP Master Data Governance solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate MDG with S/4 HANA
• Manage the full project lifecycle, from planning through deployment, for all MDG-related initiatives
• Define and enforce coding standards and best practices for the ABAP development team
• Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to team members
• Optimize performance and scalability of MDG applications
• Identify and resolve any technical issues arising during the project
• Develop detailed technical documentation for MDG implementations
• Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP technologies and updates related to MDG
• Provide mentoring and support to junior ABAP developers
  
  
  

Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in SAP ABAP development
• 1+ years of relevant leadership experience
• Proficiency in SAP MDG, S/4 HANA
• Expertise in ABAP programming and SAP MDG customization
• Background in leading technical teams in ERP transformations
• Understanding of integration between SAP MDG and other SAP modules
• Skills in performance optimization for large-scale ERP systems

• Prior experience in consolidating multiple SAP ERP systems
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies
• Knowledge of SAP Fiori apps development
