Analytic Era is seeking an experienced Senior SAP ABAP Lead Developer to join a mission-critical program at a top-tier manufacturing and automotive client. The ideal candidate will have a strong command over ABAP development with proven implementation experience in modules such as SAP PP, QM, EWM, and TM. This is an exciting opportunity to work onsite with a high-performing team on cutting-edge SAP S/4HANA technologies.
✅ Must-Have Experience:
12+ years of hands-on SAP ABAP development experience
Deep understanding of SAP modules: PP (Production Planning), QM (Quality Management), EWM (Extended Warehouse Management), TM (Transportation Management)
Experience working with SAP S/4HANA architecture
Expertise in OOPs ABAP, Enhancements, User Exits, BADIs, BAPIs, SmartForms, Adobe Forms
Development and debugging in complex SAP workflows across logistics and manufacturing scenarios
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (functional consultants, business users, QA)
🎯 Key Responsibilities:
Lead technical design, development, and delivery of custom SAP ABAP solutions
Collaborate with functional experts in SAP PP/QM/EWM/TM to understand business requirements
Develop technical specifications and conduct code reviews
Troubleshoot complex issues and deliver high-performance, scalable code
Mentor junior ABAP developers and ensure adherence to best practices
🧩 Bonus Skills:
Experience with Fiori/UI5, CDS Views, and OData services
Prior experience in the automotive or manufacturing sector
Agile or hybrid project methodology experience
