Job Title: Lead Salesforce Tester

Location: Chennai, Bangalore, Pune, Hyderabad

Experience: 7-12 Years

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and execute end-to-end testing for Salesforce applications, including functional, integration, and regression testing.
• Lead integration testing across APIs and third-party tools (e.g., Eloqua, Oracle, Power BI).
• Validate data migration processes, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and data relationships.
• Perform database testing and ETL data validation for Salesforce and related systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify testing requirements and create comprehensive test strategies.
• Leverage automation tools like Provar, TOSCA, or Selenium to improve efficiency (good-to-have).
• Prepare and deliver test documentation, including test cases, defect logs, and validation reports.
• Mentor and guide junior team members, ensuring adherence to best practices
  
  

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Salesforce testing, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom objects.
• Proficiency in integration testing and API validation.
• Expertise in database testing and data validation, with experience in ETL processes.
• Familiarity with test automation tools (e.g., Provar, TOSCA) is preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience in Agile methodologies and tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.
• Knowledge of Salesforce ecosystems, including standard and custom objects.
• Strong understanding of testing lifecycle, methodologies, and tools.
• Ability to work collaboratively in an Agile team environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
