Synapri are currently looking for a Lead Salesforce Developer to join a fast-growing fintech company that's transforming the way people engage with financial services. 🚀

This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys being hands on and would like to combine this with your leadership skills and the chance to be involved in strategic decisions across the Salesforce roadmap.

Key skills needed:

• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience (Apex, LWC, etc)
• Extensive API integration experience
• A proven track record of leading or mentoring other Salesforce Developers or team members
• Salesforce development certifications highly desirable
• Finance/FinTech industry experience is preferred but not essential

💰 Salary: £DOE

📍Location: Hybrid (London 2x per week)
