We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Salesforce Automation Tester to join our team. In this role, you will focus on automated testing of Salesforce applications, playing a crucial part in delivering high-quality, reliable and scalable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance and maintain automated test suites
• Review architecture and provide insightful feedback
• Contribute to estimation and planning sessions to effectively manage project timelines
• Write, design and execute automated tests to ensure robust and efficient software performance
• Coordinate and enhance automation testing efficiency
• Enforce best practices for Software Development and Automation to maintain high standards
• Oversee the testing process to optimize Time-to-Market for software releases
  
  
  

Requirements

• Salesforce testing experience (Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.)
• Ability to navigate complex business and technical environments (e.g., complex global business rules)
• Experience in automated regression and E2E testing
• Expert knowledge of test automation principles, test design techniques, and frameworks
• Ability to define end-to-end integration testing, recognize gaps, and identify downstream impacts without supervision
• Advanced skills in API testing and automation, capability to test complex solutions
• Proficiency in maintaining existing tests and creating new ones to adapt to evolving application features
• Understanding of CI/CD processes to ensure seamless integration and delivery cycles
• Proactive approach to quality assurance, continuously seeking to introduce new QA methods, dive into business logic, and enhance project outcomes
• Strong English communication skills, ability to work comfortably in multicultural environments, and ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams
