• Participate in all stages of optical transceiver's design and test.
• Own RF/SI/PI design of optical transceiver and OSA.
• SI simulation of high-speed systems, including chip packages, PCB, ceramic and system interconnects.
• Modelling of electrical and optical IC and components.
• Cooperate with hardware engineers on high-speed optical transceiver circuits design and analysis.
• Provide detailed SI/ PI/EMI design rule to layout engineer.
• Drive resolution of SI/PI/EMI issues with hardware engineer and optical engineer.
  
  

Qualifications：

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Electromagnetic field or Microwave technology.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in high-speed SI/PI design and simulation, optical transceiver development experience is a plus.
• EMI/EMC simulation and test experience is preferred.
• Solid background on transmission line theory.
• Strong tools knowledge is required. (HFSS/SIwave, CST, ADS)
• Strong lab skills and measurement experience are required (VNA, TDR, DCA, BERT)
• Self-motivation, strong teamwork, strong communication skills and out of the box thinking with the strong desire to innovate are essential.
• Fluent in English speaking and writing.
