**Job Summary** We are seeking a Lead Quality Engineer with 6 to 8 years of experience to join our Market Delivery Unit (MDU). The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in SDET SQL Jenkins Java TestNG Jira Selenium Maven and PL/SQL. This role requires working from the office during day shifts with no travel required. The candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products. **Responsibilities** + Lead the quality assurance efforts for projects within the Market Delivery Unit. + Oversee the development and execution of test plans and test cases. + Provide expertise in SDET SQL Jenkins Java TestNG Jira Selenium Maven and PL/SQL to ensure high-quality software delivery. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues. + Implement and maintain automated testing frameworks using Selenium and TestNG. + Monitor and report on test execution and defect tracking using Jira. + Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in software testing. + Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to development teams to improve code quality. + Develop and maintain test scripts and test data for automated testing. + Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing processes and methodologies. + Mentor and guide junior quality engineers in best practices and technical skills. + Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on testing progress and quality metrics. + Contribute to the overall success of the company by ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products. **Qualifications** + Possess strong technical skills in SQL Jenkins Java TestNG Jira Selenium Maven and PL/SQL. + Have a minimum of 6 years and a maximum of 8 years of experience in quality engineering. + Demonstrate expertise in developing and executing test plans and test cases. + Show proficiency in automated testing frameworks and tools. + Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. + Have experience in mentoring and guiding junior engineers. + Be able to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. + Be knowledgeable about industry standards and best practices in software testing. + Have a proven track record of delivering high-quality software products. + Be capable of working from the office during day shifts. + Be committed to continuous improvement and learning. + Be able to work independently and as part of a team. + Have experience in the Market Delivery Unit (MDU) domain.
