What awaits you in this role?

We are seeking a Lead - Quality Coordination & Data Analyst to join our Global Customer Care Directorate.

This role combines traditional quality coordination with advanced data analytics to drive actionable insights and cost-saving initiatives.

• Analyse field service data using statistical methods, AI, and machine learning to identify trends, root causes of failures, and cost-saving opportunities.
• Develop predictive models to anticipate quality issues and reduce warranty costs.
• Transform raw data into actionable KPIs and executive dashboards for real-time decision-making.
• Standardize and digitize field service data across global operations, ensuring accessibility and traceability.
• Act as a bridge between Quality, R&D, factories, and subsidiaries to resolve product-specific issues.
• Lead corrective actions and projects, including training for country teams when necessary.
• Generate regular reports with data-driven insights for management and cross-functional teams.
• Monitor post-sales sustainability trends (e.g., reparability, circular economy) and propose improvements.
• Optimize technical documentation and bulletins for field technicians, enhancing service efficiency.
• Trigger initiatives to reduce warranty expenses through data-backed root-cause analysis.
• Contribute to New Product Introduction (NPI) by providing field-data insights to improve design and reliability.
• Stay updated on market trends and emerging technologies (e.g., IoT, AI) to enhance analytics capabilities.
  
  
  

The position is located in Sütlüce, İstanbul.

How do we describe the perfect match?

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering, Data Science, or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in quality coordination, data analysis, or warranty management.
• Proficiency in Python/R, SQL, and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML models for predictive analytics.
• Advanced skills in MS Office (Excel), SAP, and statistical analysis.
• Strong analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English (written and verbal).
• Experience in cost-reduction projects or warranty analytics is a plus
• Project management certification (e.g., PMP, Agile) is a plus
• Self-motivated with a continuous improvement mindset.
• Collaborative team player who thrives in a dynamic, multicultural environment.
• Excellent communication skills to translate technical insights into business actions.
