About the Role

Vama is an innovative chat and payment platform committed to revolutionizing communication and transactions. Our team is passionate about creating seamless, secure, and user-friendly experiences for our customers.

We are seeking an experienced QA Tester to join our team onsite. This role will handle both manual and automated testing.

What you'll do:

• Develop, execute, and maintain comprehensive test plans and test cases for mobile, web, and desktop platforms.
• Identify, document, and track software defects and inconsistencies across various environments.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and UX designers to ensure issues are clearly understood, documented, and addressed.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing to validate application stability, security, and usability across all supported platforms.
• Utilize automated testing tools (when applicable) to increase testing efficiency and coverage.
• Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Provide clear and concise reports on testing outcomes and propose actionable improvements to enhance overall product quality.

What you have:

• 7+ years proven experience in QA testing for mobile, web, and/or desktop applications, ideally with chat or payment functionalities.
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Demonstrated ability to write clear, concise, and comprehensive test cases and plans.
• Familiarity with bug tracking and test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail, or Playwright).
• Experience with automated testing frameworks and scripting languages.

Nice to have:

• Understanding of security and compliance requirements specific to payment systems.
• A background in finance or communication apps is a plus.
