Role: Lead QA Automation Engineer

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for web and mobile applications.
• Collaborate with development and QA teams to identify test requirements and create comprehensive test plans.
• Execute automated test cases and analyze results to identify defects and ensure software quality.
• Develop and maintain test automation frameworks and tools.
• Perform regression testing to ensure existing functionality is not affected by new changes.
• Report and track defects, and work with developers to resolve issues.
• Continuously improve test automation processes and methodologies. - Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in test automation.
• Strong experience in test automation using tools such as Selenium, Appium, or similar.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
• Knowledge of test automation frameworks (e.g., TestNG, JUnit, Cucumber).
• Experience with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Understanding of software development lifecycle and QA methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Experience with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner).
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with API testing and automation.
