Your expertise in Python and modern frameworks will be crucial for our continued success.

Key Responsibilities:

 🔹 Technical Leadership: Oversee the development of high-performance systems using Python. Architect scalable solutions and make key decisions on system reliability and maintainability.

 🔹 Documentation: Create documentation of the overall project & worked as a Business analyst.

 🔹 Code Quality & Best Practices: Ensure best practices in coding, testing, and development workflows.

 🔹 Distributed Systems: Architect and build fault-tolerant, scalable distributed systems.

 🔹 Mentorship: Guide and mentor engineers, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.

 🔹 Performance Optimization: Troubleshoot and optimize for performance, scalability, and resource efficiency.

 🔹 Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other teams to define and implement features.

Key Requirements:

 ✔️ Experience: 5-10 years in Python development, particularly in large-scale, distributed systems.

 ✔️ Python Expertise: Deep knowledge of Python 3, with experience in frameworks like Django, Flask, or FastAPI.

 ✔️ Distributed Systems: Proven experience with microservices, fault tolerance, and scalability.

 ✔️ Cloud & DevOps: Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP), Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.

 ✔️ Leadership: Experience leading teams and mentoring junior engineers.

 ✔️ Collaboration: Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:

 🔸 Experience with Machine Learning.

 🔸 Knowledge of modern front-end technologies (React).

 🔸 Open-source contributions or active involvement in the Python community.
