About The Role

The Lead Product Designer II will be responsible for driving specific charters in Pyng and mentoring junior designers working with them on the charter. They have to carry out user immersions, incorporate insights into their projects, architect frameworks for the features/products they are in charge of, and be a bar raiser for craft and final outputs.

What qualities are we looking for?

  • 8-10 years of relevant product design experience in a B2C Technology startup
  • Bar raiser in visual design, craft and design thinking
  • Should have worked in a fast & dynamic work setup
  • Able to work with a team and has demonstrated leadership qualities in their previous company
