Summary: In this role, you will support both the Clinical Data Base (CDB) and Procedural Analytics (PA) tools. You will act as a trusted partner to clients and internal stakeholders, delivering clinical and operational insights through advanced analytics, support, subject matter expertise, and training. You will influence long-term planning, guide cross-functional collaboration, and lead efforts to improve client engagement and business outcomes across Vizient's data platforms. Responsibilities: * Serve as the primary strategic liaison for a portfolio of clients, fostering deep relationships through meaningful engagements and executive-level conversations. * Lead utilization and adoption initiatives across both the Clinical Data Base and Procedural Analytics tools, providing technical and strategic guidance to enhance client performance and decision-making. * Identify opportunities to align tool usage with client goals related to cost, quality, and operational efficiency; help clients translate analytics into action. * Collaborate cross-functionally with product management, data science, training, and client success teams to improve product experience, resolve complex issues, and support ongoing innovation. * Provide high-impact client education through product demonstrations, customized training, and facilitation of webinars or workshops. * Drive continuous product and process improvement by contributing client feedback and insights to the product development roadmap. * Develop and manage strategic plans for large-scale initiatives including product launches, client onboarding, and client success programming. * Mentor and coach product advisor peers, serving as a SME and thought partner for team development and knowledge sharing. * Support growth efforts by identifying opportunities for client expansion and new solution adoption. Qualifications: * Relevant degree preferred. * 7 or more years of relevant experience required. * Proven track record of leading strategic conversations and navigating complex client environments preferred. * Deep knowledge of healthcare benchmarking, quality improvement, and cost analysis frameworks preferred. * Experience with large healthcare data platforms such as CDB and/or Procedural Analytics tools is strongly preferred. * Familiarity with Salesforce, healthcare claims data, and clinical terminology preferred. * Excellent communication, facilitation, and storytelling skills tailored to clinical, operational, and executive audiences. Estimated Hiring Range: At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $102,400.00 to $179,000.00. This position is also incentive eligible. Vizient has a comprehensive benefits plan!
