Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To

  • Drive sales efforts by identifying, nurturing, and closing leads for kitchen and bath remodeling projects.
  • Educate customers on service offerings and guide them through the remodeling process from consultation to project close.
  • Conduct in-home consultations, develop quotes, and present proposals that reflect customer needs and project goals.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline through effective CRM management, follow-ups, and relationship building.
  • Collaborate with project management and installation teams to ensure smooth customer handoffs and project success.
  • Provide feedback to leadership to improve sales processes, marketing efforts, and customer engagement.
  • Represent the company at networking events, home shows, and other community activities.

Qualifications

  • Prior sales experience in residential remodeling or a similar customer-facing industry is preferred.
  • A strong work ethic, positive attitude, and ability to close sales with integrity and empathy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to learn our unique approach to remodeling and sales.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM tools and digital sales resources.
  • Must be self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for helping clients improve their homes.

Schedule

  • Full-time
  • Flexible schedule based on client appointments and events
