Your specific duties will include:

• Routing and Switching, Load Balancing, Firewall, VPN, Cisco Wireless, SD WAN, Aviatrix
• Routing and Switching ( Cisco )
• Firewall Policy Management and Maintenance
• Better understanding of Load Balancing
• Operational exposure on VPN Troubleshooting
• Troubleshooting of incidents relates Routing and Switching, Firewall, Loadbalancer, VPN, Wireless
• Perform Day to Day Operational work pertaining to Network Data and Security ( Incidents, Service Requests, Change Requests )
• Generate Monthly and Quarterly Firewall Audit and Network Capacity Management Reports
• Timely response on break fix and help in resolving all the incidents that pertaining to Network Data and Security
• Plan and Review all the Network Change Requests
• Bring the Service Improvement plan on the Operation Tasks
