A mission-driven organization in Reston VA, known for its work in the education sector, is looking for a hands-on Engineering Lead to support its expanding technology team. The role follows a hybrid schedule, with onsite presence required twice a week.

This is a full-time position where you'll play a key role in rebuilding internal applications using C#, ASP.NET, MVC, and Angular 10+ in a collaborative, mission-driven environment. You’ll also be working heavily with SQL.

While this is a Team Lead position, you will also be hands-on with coding about 50% of the time. The other half will focus on leading the team: shaping roadmaps, coordinating cross-functional efforts, and helping to nurture a positive, inclusive team culture where people can do their best work.
