Required Qualifications

• 7++ years of professional software development experience, with deep expertise in C# and .NET Core/.NET 6+
• Proven experience designing and building complex, distributed systems and microservices
• Strong knowledge of architectural patterns (DDD, CQRS, Event Sourcing, etc.)
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred), containers (Docker/Kubernetes), and modern DevOps practices
• Strong experience with SQL Server and/or other relational and NoSQL databases
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, messaging systems (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ), and integration patterns
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and guide teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in high-scale environments (e.g., fintech, healthcare, SaaS platforms)
• Familiarity with front-end frameworks (e.g., Angular, React) for full-stack collaboration
• Certifications in cloud architecture (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect)
