🎯 About the Role

As a Lead Multimedia Designer, you will play a vital role in shaping visual communication strategies, leading creative execution across multiple projects, and bringing bold ideas to life. You will work closely with our marketing strategists, content creators, and brand teams to create standout designs that tell powerful brand stories.

🛠️ Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute stunning visual concepts across social media, digital campaigns, branding, and events.
• Lead design projects from concept to delivery, ensuring high-quality output aligned with brand identity.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to understand project goals and translate them into creative solutions.
• Stay ahead of design trends, tools, and technologies to keep our work fresh and innovative.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers when required.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met with precision.
• Take a proactive role in brainstorming creative ideas that push boundaries.

📚 What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in design, ideally within an agency environment.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects preferred).
• Strong portfolio showcasing work across branding, digital, and social media.
• Excellent attention to detail and creative flair.
• Ability to balance creativity with business goals and brand guidelines.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic, and collaborative environment.
• Bonus: Experience in motion graphics, video editing, or 3D design.
