Responsibilities

• Lead and execute high-quality motion graphics projects in alignment with the creative marketing strategy, ensuring compelling storytelling and visual communication.
• Conceptualize and create video assets of the highest quality for our games.
• Work closely with junior MGDs and lead, train them to uphold high benchmarks for assets.
• Be creative and work towards the team's goal of creating motion graphics and video assets that our players love to interact with.
• Be open to feedback and creative criticism and deliver accordingly. Have a leadership perspective in creating a business impact.
  
  

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional experience in motion graphics design, with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in 2D animation video creation.
• Proficiency in industry-standard 2D software such as Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop and 3D software skills like Blender, Cinema 4D or similar tools is a plus.
• Mass communication graduation with knowledge of the Motion Graphics suite.
• Should know video-related tools and have some experience with gaming organisations.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively articulate ideas, provide constructive feedback, and work within a team environment.
