What You’ll Do:

• Lead the design of fixtures, tooling, and process improvements across production lines
• Own and drive capital projects ($100K–$300K) from concept through procurement and implementation
• Improve cost, quality, and efficiency through Lean principles
• Mentor engineers and technicians, growing future leaders
• Solve real-world challenges in fabrication, forming, machining, coatings, and castings

Your Background:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
• 7+ years of mechanical engineering experience
• Proven hands-on experience in manufacturing environments
• Strong project management, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable with power tools, shop environments, and cross-functional collaboration
