Key Responsibilities:

• Spearhead the training and optimization of Large Language Models (LLMs) tailored for our advanced hardware infrastructure.
• Conduct rigorous quality evaluations to ensure optimal performance of ML workloads for AGI.
• Architect and establish distributed infrastructure for both training and inference processes.
• Provide valuable insights and guidance on hardware architecture, particularly from a Machine Learning perspective.

Requirements:

• Demonstrate excellent proficiency in software engineering skills, contributing to the development of robust ML solutions.
• Possess hands-on experience in training and fine-tuning neural networks, with a preference for expertise in Large Language Models.
• Bonus: Previous exposure to optimizing neural networks for hardware efficiency, including considerations related to FLOPs, memory bandwidth, communication bandwidth, precision, and batch sizes.
