Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of robust Java-based systems
• Mentor developers and support the growth of the technical team
• Collaborate with client-side architects, product owners, and QA teams
• Ensure best practices in development, testing, and deployment

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in Java development
• Deep knowledge of Spring Boot, REST APIs, and microservice architecture
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure
• Familiarity with containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Previous experience in a lead or senior developer role
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Excellent collaboration and communication abilities
