Looking for Senior/Lead Java Developer in Columbus, OH (100% Onsite).

I’m looking for someone with at least 13+ years of experience in Local to Columbus or Ohio.

Job Description:

• Provide Production Support for PSRM/STARS as needed.
• Develop changes for the integration of STARS and OH|Tax as part of the migration of the Release 2 taxes to OH|Tax platform.
• Develop changes for the integration of STARS and OH|Tax as part of the migration of future releases to OH|Tax platform.
• Backfill for staff to free them up to work on the project known as “OH|Tax.”
• Complete projects involving infrastructure upgrades (aka technical debt) as required.

Skills Required:

• experience with IDE: RAD 7.5 and or Eclipse
• Java: JEE 5 and above, Java EE Batch Architecture, Spring Framework, Java EE Design Patterns
• Spring Framework: MVC model and Batch architecture
• Messaging: Asynchronous Messaging, JMS/MQ
• Web Framework: JSF 2.0 Framework
• Persistence: JPA/Java Persistence API 2.0, EJB 3.0
• Web Services: JAX-WS Web Services, XML, JAXB
• Other: XPath, UML, Object Modeling, Batch Scheduler, Performance tuning of Web Services/SQL and Application code
• experience clarifying systems and programs intent, identifying problems, suggesting changes, and determining any system changes
• Extensive experience with Agile/Scrum based development approaches.
