As a Senior Java Developer, you’ll own the design and development of scalable microservices, real-time data pipelines, and secure APIs. You’ll work across systems that serve millions, with a sharp focus on speed, reliability, and clean architecture. This isn’t just about writing code — it’s about building the tech foundation of a business that moves fast and grows faster.

What You Bring

You’ve built backend systems in production — not just one-off apps. You know how to work with real-time data, optimize SQL queries, build for performance, and troubleshoot under pressure. You're comfortable with Spring Boot, Kafka, RESTful APIs, and containerized deployments. You've worked closely with DevOps, handled CI/CD workflows, and understand how backend connects to product, data, and scale. You don’t just follow documentation — you think in systems and ship with clarity.

What You’ll Own

• Build scalable, event-driven microservices using Spring Boot
• Set up and manage Kafka pipelines — producers, consumers, schema registry, retries
• Design clean, secure REST APIs and ensure seamless integrations
• Work with MariaDB to optimize queries, indexing, and transactions
• Implement caching, monitoring, and logging frameworks (Redis, Prometheus, ELK)
• Containerize services using Docker and deploy with Kubernetes
• Handle auth flows using OAuth2, JWT, or Keycloak
• Write robust unit and integration tests that ensure system reliability
• Debug production issues across APIs, databases, and message queues
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on architecture, performance, and scale
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a high-performance engineering culture
