Summary

Revolution Medicines is a clinical-stage precision oncology company focused on developing novel targeted therapies to inhibit frontier targets in RAS-addicted cancers. The company's R&D pipeline comprises RAS(ON) Inhibitors designed to suppress diverse oncogenic variants of RAS proteins, and RAS Companion Inhibitors for use in combination treatment strategies. As a new member of the Revolution Medicines team, you will join other outstanding professionals in a tireless commitment to patients with cancers harboring mutations in the RAS signaling pathway. The Opportunity: We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Integration Developer to design, develop, and manage integrations within an Azure - Active Directory (AD) environment, leveraging multiple enterprise platforms, applications, and systems. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in API integrations, cloud services, middleware platforms, and automation frameworks to streamline enterprise workflows and enhance business operations. The position will be a key member of the IT team, working to streamline processes and connectivity within a robust infrastructure that meets the needs of today and is scalable for the future. The position reports to the Senior Director of Information Technology and collaborates closely with colleagues across all disciplines. The duties of the role will include: * Design and develop scalable, secure, and efficient API-based and event-driven integrations across RevMed's application suite, including Veeva, Conga, Workday, NetSuite, ServiceNow, Egnyte, AWS, and Microsoft 365/Azure. * Develop, manage, and optimize Workday Studio, REST/SOAP APIs, and ServiceNow integrations to support HR, ITSM, ITAM and document management workflows. * Design and maintain Egnyte integrations for secure file collaboration and access control within the enterprise. * Ensure seamless integration with Azure Active Directory (Azure AD) for authentication, SSO, and role-based access control (RBAC). * Leverage Power Automate, ServiceNow Flow Designer, and Azure Logic Apps to automate business processes and IT service management tasks. * Develop event-driven Workday integrations to support real-time employee lifecycle management (hire, transfer, termination). * Partner with Cloud Services to leverage AWS services with Azure-based workloads to optimize cloud-based data workflows. * Function as technical lead for integration initiative * Ensure effective data management practices by analyzing and addressing data implications during the integration of systems. * Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and troubleshooting for integration pipelines. * Follow best practices in logging and archiving code and documenting system configurations, processes, and procedures to maintain system integrity and support knowledge transfer. * Collaborating with other IS teams and departments to ensure alignment of IT solutions with organizational objectives and standards. * Managing projects within budget requirements. * Help team with other non-integration projects, tasks, and troubleshooting as needed. Required Skills, Experience and Education: * 5 years of relevant experience in industry * Middleware & Integration Platforms: Azure Integration Services (Logic Apps, API Management, Service Bus), Workday Studio * Low-code/no-code middleware tools - Workato, Boomi, SnapLogic, Tray.io * APIs & Web Services: RESTful APIs, SOAP, GraphQL, JSON, XML, OAuth 2.0, SAML, OpenID Connect. * Scripting & Development: Python, PowerShell, JavaScript, C# (preferred), or Node.js. * Identity & Access Management: Azure AD, ADFS, IAM policies, RBAC, SCIM provisioning. * Automation & Workflows: Power Automate, ServiceNow Flow Designer, Terraform (for cloud automation). * Experience working in agile environments with Jira or similar tools. * Extensive knowledge of SDLC best practices. Preferred Skills: * Experience with ServiceNow, Workday, and NetSuite integrations * Familiarity with the Life Sciences environment * Cloud Technologies: Azure (Functions, AD, Event Grid), AWS (Lambda, API Gateway, Step Functions, S3, DynamoDB). The base salary range for this full-time position is $138,000 to $172,000 for candidates working onsite at our headquarters in Redwood City, CA. The range displayed on each job posting is intended to be the salary for an individual working onsite in Redwood City and will be adjusted for the local market a candidate is based in. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is determined by multiple factors, including job-related skills, experience, market dynamics, and relevant education or training.
