Role Overview: This position requires onsite work in Jersey City, NJ for the first year, with the potential to transition to a remote role thereafter. As a Senior Engineer, your role will be to lead and execute Forescout deployments for our customers, ensuring high-quality implementation and seamless integration into their environments. You will serve as a technical expert, guiding the team through complex challenges, creating detailed documentation, and refining processes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction. This role is ideal for someone with deep technical expertise, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional results in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities: Lead the implementation and restoration of complex Forescout solutions for our customers, ensuring timely and successful project delivery. Develop, refine, and maintain comprehensive documentation to support both technical processes and project delivery. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering growth and development within the team. Drive efficiency by identifying and executing improvements to processes and workflows. Stay updated on emerging technologies and methodologies to enhance service delivery and solution offerings. Collaborate closely with team members and customers to ensure exceptional service and successful outcomes. What We’re Looking For: Proven expertise in implementing and managing Forescout or similar network access control solutions. Strong technical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate and resolve complex challenges. Exceptional documentation skills and meticulous attention to detail. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with experience working in customer-facing roles.
