ADP are #hiring! Role Title: Lead Implementation Consultant- ADP Lyric HCM We are looking for an experienced Payroll Implementation consultants to join our growing ADP Lyric HCM Team. Reporting to the Implementation Manager, your responsibilities will include (but not limited to):- * Assist Implementation Leadership to fulfill metrics and targets through provision of Consulting and Implementation services to ADP clients, utilizing specialized product knowledge to coach and assist team members to deliver a quality implementation service * Consulting with clients to define their requirements. * Managing full implementation lifecycle. * Anticipate, identify, and mitigate potential risks. * Conduct post implementation reviews and share learnings for continuous improvement. This role will be located in our Mulgrave Head Office. Please note: Our Head Office location will be changing to Cremorne in August 2025. Hybrid working (3 days office / 2 days remote). To be considered for this rewarding opportunity, you will have:- * Demonstrated experience within an Implementation environment, with an excellent understanding of payroll, payroll applications including Time & Attendance and processing * Strong Australian payroll knowledge and experience. * Strong stakeholder management and customer service / client facing consulting experience within an Implementation / Service Delivery environment. * Highly effective communications skills (both written and verbal).
