About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Automation Testing Engineer with expertise in Selenium (Java) and API Automation (Rest Assured) to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Automation Engineer, you will leverage your strong knowledge of Core Java, BDD/TDD frameworks, and Database Automation Testing to ensure high-quality software delivery. This role will also involve hands-on experience in Agile methodologies, test management tools (such as JIRA), and Jenkins CI/CD pipelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop automated tests for functional, regression, and performance testing using Selenium (Java) and Rest Assured for API testing.
• Implement and maintain BDD/TDD frameworks to drive continuous integration and continuous delivery.
• Perform Database automation testing to ensure data integrity and performance across various databases.
• Integrate automated tests into Jenkins for CI/CD pipeline execution.
• Conduct feasibility analysis and effort estimation for automation framework design and implementation.
• Collaborate with development teams to identify test scenarios and automate the testing of both APIs and UI components.
• Stakeholder communication and client interaction to gather testing requirements and provide status updates.
• Work closely with Agile teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software.
• Maintain test management tools (JIRA) to track test cases, defects, and test execution results.
• Provide regular feedback and support to development teams to improve code quality and testing processes.
