Location: Hyderabad

Exp : 6-8 Yrs

Work Mode : 5 Days work from Office

About The Role

We are seeking a skilled and creative UI/UX Designer & Developer to design and develop an intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing Employee Portal within ServiceNow. The ideal candidate will be responsible for both designing the user interface and user experience through wireframes, mockups, and prototypes using Figma and transforming these designs into functional solutions within ServiceNow.

Key Responsibilities

UI/UX Design:

o

Lead the design process for the Employee Portal, focusing on user-centric principles to create a seamless, efficient, and visually appealing experience.

o

Create wireframes, mockups, user flow diagrams, and prototypes using Figma.

o

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure the designs meet the needs of both the users and business.

o

Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on feedback to refine the user experience.

o

Design interactive UI components and ensure design consistency across various pages.

ServiceNow Development

o

Implement the designs into ServiceNow, leveraging its capabilities to create a functional Employee Portal.

o

Use ServiceNow Studio to develop custom applications and features that align with the UI/UX design vision.

o

Customize ServiceNow out-of-the-box components and integrate third-party tools as needed.

o

Collaborate with the development team to ensure the portal meets performance, security, and scalability standards.

o

Ensure the portal’s front-end UI and back-end logic work harmoniously.

Collaboration & Communication

o

Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and developers to ensure successful design execution and development.

o

Present design concepts and solutions to stakeholders, explaining design rationale and development progress.

o

Maintain and update documentation to ensure a clear understanding of design decisions and development workflows.

Qualifications

Proven experience in UI/UX design, particularly in designing web or enterprise applications.

Expertise in design tools, particularly Figma for wireframing, prototyping, and UI design.

Hands-on experience with ServiceNow development, particularly in customizing and developing applications using ServiceNow Studio.

Solid understanding of UI/UX principles and best practices, including responsive design, accessibility, and user-centered design.

Experience with ServiceNow modules such as Service Portal, Knowledge Management, Incident Management, and Self-Service.

Strong communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment while delivering high-quality solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for ServiceNow customization.

Experience With ServiceNow Flow Designer And Other Automation Tools.

Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
