They are looking for a Lead Hardware Engineer to lead the design and development of cutting-edge electronic hardware products. This role offers the opportunity to work on end-to-end product development, from concept to production, in a collaborative and innovative environment. This is a hybrid position based in Orange County, FL.

Lead Hardware Engineer’s Responsibilities and Duties

• Design and develop high-performance electronic hardware using Altium.
• Integrate RF chipsets into PCB designs and ensure optimal RF performance.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to bring complete products—not just chips—to market.
• Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and validation to ensure product reliability and efficiency.

Lead Hardware Engineer’s Qualifications and Skills

• At least 5 years of experience in electronic hardware design and development.
• Proficiency in Altium for PCB design.
• Strong knowledge of RF concepts and hands-on experience integrating RF chipsets into PCB designs.
• Experience in full product lifecycle development, from prototype to production.
