Their digital therapy platform, consisting of KIMIA Assess and KIMIA Move products, uses artificial intelligence technology for digital MSK assessment and therapy. This platform is capable of providing pre-consultation assessments and real-time exercise guidance and feedback to musculoskeletal patients and is being adopted by some of the largest private healthcare providers in the region, along with large corporate players.

Job Summary:


We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Lead Graphic Designer to join our team and drive the visual identity of our brand across print, digital, and product platforms. This is an exciting opportunity for a design leader who thrives on storytelling through visuals and is passionate about creating compelling, on-brand content that resonates with diverse audiences.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Design professional, visually engaging presentations for internal and client meetings, ensuring clarity and brand alignment.
  • Create reusable slide templates and custom slides that enhance storytelling and communication impact.
  • Develop print materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, banners, and other marketing collateral with attention to brand consistency and print production standards.
  • Create engaging visual content for social media platforms—including graphics, infographics, and animations—that align with the brand identity.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to design content that boosts engagement and supports broader marketing campaigns.
  • Design user-friendly and visually appealing website layouts and digital assets, collaborating with the web development team to optimize user experience.
  • Produce high-quality 3D rendered images and functional product packaging designs that are both practical and brand-consistent.
  • Design intuitive UI for mobile and web applications, following UI/UX best practices.
  • Work closely with product and development teams to ensure seamless visual coherence and usability across digital platforms.


Requirements:


  • Proven experience of 5+ years in graphic design, preferably in a leadership or senior design role.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and other relevant tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch).
  • Experience with presentation design, print production, UI/UX design, and 3D rendering tools.
  • Strong visual storytelling, layout, and typography skills.
  • A solid portfolio demonstrating a wide range of design work across digital and print.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
