Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Lead Generator located in Phoenix, AZ, with some work-from-home options available. The Lead Generator will be responsible for identifying potential clients, creating and managing outreach campaigns, maintaining client databases, and qualifying leads through various channels including phone calls, emails, and social media. The Lead Generator will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure lead generation goals are met.

Qualifications

• Experience in lead generation and client outreach
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other lead management tools
• Ability to conduct market research and analysis
• Experience with email and social media marketing
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Experience in digital marketing is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred
