Job Overview:

Baron Tech (Pvt) Limited seeks a highly experienced Lead Game Developer to spearhead the creation of an exciting, innovative collectible-style mobile game from scratch. The ideal candidate will bring extensive expertise in Unity, game design, development, and deploying immersive gaming experiences, ready to lead the project from concept through launch and beyond.

Project Scope:

You will lead the development of a high-quality, engaging collectible game featuring:

• Immersive 3D animations and a captivating user experience.
• Interactive and beautifully animated box-opening mechanics.
• Complex character collections (initially 300 unique characters in various thematic categories).
• Trading and upgrade mechanics based on game points and currencies.
• A highly customizable 3D Display Cabinet feature.
• In-game currency systems, daily tasks, achievements, and reward mechanisms.
• Multiple skill-based mini-games integrated within the main gameplay loop.
• Future expansions and monthly character updates requiring continuous development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end development process from initial concept to full product launch.
• Design and implement core gameplay mechanics, UI/UX, and interactive features.
• Collaborate with artists, animators, designers, and developers to ensure cohesive integration.
• Manage and optimize project timelines, ensuring milestones are consistently met.
• Continuously oversee gameplay balancing, testing, debugging, and performance optimization.
• Mentor and guide junior developers, facilitating team growth and capability building.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 5+ years of professional game development experience.
• Proven expertise in Unity and other necessary tech stacks for 3D game development.
• Demonstrable experience building high-quality games from scratch.
• Exceptional project management and leadership skills.
• Deep understanding of game mechanics, in-game economies, and user retention strategies.
• Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
