Job Title: Lead Full Stack / Senior Full Stack Developer

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled candidate with expertise in NodeJS, NestJS, React.js, Next.js, MySQL, Redshift, NoSQL, System Design, and Architecture. The ideal candidate will have strong workflow design and implementation skills, experience with queueing, caching, scalability, microservices, and AWS, and team leadership experience to manage a team of 10 developers. Knowledge of React Native and automation testing would be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and develop scalable backend systems using NestJS with a focus on high performance.
• Lead a team of developers, ensuring adherence to best practices and Agile methodologies.
• Work with databases including MySQL and NoSQL to ensure data integrity and performance.
• Optimize system design for scalability, caching, and queueing mechanisms.
• Collaborate with the frontend team working on Next.js and ensure seamless integration.
• Ensure robust microservices architecture with proper API design and inter-service communication.
• Work in an Agile environment, driving sprints, standups, and ensuring timely delivery of projects.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Experience in software development, System Design and System Architecture.
• Strong expertise in NodeJS, NestJS, React.js, Next.js, MySQL, Redshift, NoSQL, AWS, and Microservices Architecture.
• Expertise in queueing mechanisms, caching, scalability, and system performance optimization.
• Good to have knowledge of React Native and Automation Testing.
• Strong leadership and management skills with experience in leading development teams.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and sprint planning.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.

Qualifications:

• B.E / B.Tech / MCA or equivalent degree in IT/CS with good academic credentials.
