Job Summary:

We're on the lookout for a hands-on Full Stack Android Developer who’s awesome at Android app development and wants to get their hands dirty with system-level Android (AOSP) work too. If you're someone who’s built apps and is now looking to go deeper—like customizing Android itself—this is your shot. iOS experience? That’s a cherry on top.

What You'll Do:

• Lead & Manage Developer Team
• Build user-facing Android apps that work beautifully
• Get involved in customizing the Android OS (AOSP, Android 12+)
• Tweak bootloaders, services, and low-level systems
• Work with real hardware—think camera, HDMI, USB, Bluetooth, and more
• Learn the HAL layer and help tune kernel modules
• Hunt down bugs, boost performance, and keep things stable
• Help roll out secure OTA updates and system tools

What We're Looking For:

• Solid Android app dev experience (Java/Kotlin)
• Curious mindset, eager to dive into AOSP and system-level stuff
• Comfort with Linux, command-line, and basic scripting
• Great at debugging (logcat, Android Studio, etc.)
• Problem-solver who’s not afraid to experiment and learn on the fly

Bonus Points For:

• AOSP or system-level Android experience
• Background in C, C++, or embedded development
• iOS development chops
• Worked with ARM-based SoCs or custom hardware
