Role Overview

We're seeking a Lead Full Stack Engineer proficient in the MERN stack and Python with hands-on experience in LLM development. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker and hands-on builder who can lead projects end-to-end, architecting intelligent, scalable systems and mentoring engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

Technical & Architectural Leadership

• Architect and develop scalable, secure, and reliable applications following 12-Factor App methodology and OWASP security principles.
• Make strategic decisions about system design, tooling, and architecture.
• Maintain high coding standards through code reviews and mentorship.

Team & Delivery Management

• Lead engineering sprints, estimations, and ensure timely, high-quality deliveries.
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers; uphold Devsarch’s engineering culture.
• Coordinate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to ensure alignment.

Innovation & AI Integration

• Build and integrate LLM-driven features, including:
• Fine-tuning foundation models for custom applications.
• Implementing RAG pipelines with tools like LangChain, LangGraph, and vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate).
• Stay on top of LLM innovations and identify opportunities for strategic application.

DevOps & Best Practices

• Champion clean code, TDD, CI/CD, and Git-based workflows.
• Manage deployments across cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure, DigitalOcean).
• Drive reduction of technical debt and increase test coverage.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 6+ years of full-stack experience with advanced skills in React.js, Node.js, and Python (Django/FastAPI).
• Proven experience in LLM-based applications, including fine-tuning, RAG, and LangChain/LangGraph.
• Deep knowledge of REST APIs, secure coding, and scalable architecture.
• Strong grasp of the 12-Factor App principles and OWASP security guidelines.
• Hands-on with Git, Docker, and modern CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
