SalezShark is seeking a highly skilled Lead Full Stack Developer (Java & Angular) with a strong background in using AI and a passion for building scalable web applications. The ideal candidate will start as an individual contributor with the potential to transition into a leadership role, assembling and guiding a high-performing technology team.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Full Stack Development: Design, develop, and maintain robust web applications utilizing both front-end and back-end technologies.
• AI Integration: Use AI and machine learning models, including Generative AI, to enhance application functionality and user experience.
• Front-End Development: Develop responsive user interfaces using Angular or React.js, ensuring seamless experiences across devices.
• Back-End Development: Build and manage server-side logic, databases, and APIs, primarily using Java and Spring Boot frameworks.
• Low-Code / No-Code Development: Leverage low-code/no-code platforms where appropriate to accelerate delivery of internal tools, dashboards, and workflow automation.
• Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of software projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.
• Quality Assurance: Implement best practices for software development and testing to ensure high-quality product releases.
• Technical Leadership: Conduct code reviews, provide technical mentorship, and uphold best practices to deliver scalable software solutions.
• Team Building: Collaborate with management to recruit, train, and lead a proficient technology team as the company expands.
• Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest developments in front-end & back-end development, generative AI, low-code/no-code, and related technologies to ensure our applications leverage modern practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 6 years in Java & Angular development with a focus on AI integration and generative AI applications.
• Front-End Proficiency: Strong experience with Angular or React.js and related libraries.
• Back-End Proficiency: Expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and RESTful API development.
• AI and Machine Learning: Demonstrated experience in integrating and using AI/ML models in web applications.
• Low-Code / No-Code Tools: Familiarity with platforms like Power Apps, Zapier, OutSystems, or Mendix for building quick-to-deploy applications and automating business workflows.
• Database Management: Proficiency with both SQL (MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases.
• Version Control: Experience with GIT and SVN.
• DevOps Familiarity: Knowledge of Docker, Jenkins, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to learning and adapting in high-pressure environments.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with a track record of making data-driven decisions.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with distributed systems and understanding of their complexities.
• Familiarity with Elastic Search and Python.
• Knowledge of UI/UX design principles.
